Restorative Yoga

Poses are held for extended periods with support of props. Allowing the body to fully relax & release tension without strain or effort. This calms the nervous system, promotes deep relaxation, & creates a sense of balance & well-being.
Benefits include reducing stress, improving flexibility, enhancing sleep, & supporting recovery from physical or mental fatigue.
Accessible to people of all fitness levels & often described as a meditative & healing practice.
Classes are held at Coomba Community Hall on Moorooba Rd Coomba Park.
Please bring a mat, bolster, 2 x blocks, a strap & blanket (a dressing gown belt could be used instead of strap, & pillow or folded towels instead of bolster and blocks).
