Hatha Yoga - Coming Soon
A traditional branch of yoga that focuses on balancing the mind & body through physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), & meditation.
The term “hatha” can be translated as “sun” (ha) & “moon” (tha), symbolizing balance & harmony between opposing forces in the body & mind.
Classes are often slower-paced compared to more dynamic styles, making it a good entry point for beginners.
However, it can also be physically challenging, depending on the practice.
Classes are held at Coomba Community Hall on Moorooba Rd Coomba Park.
Please bring a mat, bolster, 2 x blocks, a strap & blanket (a dressing gown belt could be used instead of strap, & pillow or folded towels instead of bolster and blocks).
