Chair Yoga - Coming Soon
A gentle form of yoga that is practiced while sitting on a chair or using a chair for support.
It’s designed to make yoga accessible to people who may have mobility issues, balance concerns, or difficulty getting up & down from the floor.
Chair yoga includes modified versions of traditional yoga poses to suit the needs of the practitioner while still providing physical, mental, & emotional benefits.
Chair yoga is ideal for older adults, office workers, or anyone looking for a low-impact yoga practice.
Classes are held at Coomba Community Hall on Moorooba Rd Coomba Park.
Please bring a mat, bolster, 2 x blocks, a strap & blanket (a dressing gown belt could be used instead of strap, & pillow or folded towels instead of bolster and blocks).
